Monday
7-7.30am Pilates with weights live online (pilates flow sequence using moderate to light Dumbbells 1-6kg DB's)
9.30am Athletic Reformer with Aideen (Advanced level, at least 6 months regular practice required with good to elite fitness levels required to take part) 
10.30am Improver Reformer with Aideen (suitable for anyone who is moving on form the new beginner level)
6.30pm Athletic Reformer with Aideen (Advanced level, at least 6 months regular practice with good to elite fitness levels required to take part)
7.30pm  Intermediate Reformer with Aideen (at least 3 months or regular reformer practice , injury free and moderate to good fitness levels required)

Tuesday
7-7.30am Yoga Flow live online (dynamic yoga vinyasa class )
9.45am New Beginners Reformer  4 week Course with Mafra ( these start on specific dates , see below)
6.30pm Improver Reformer with Aideen/Martin  (suitable for anyone who is moving on form the new beginner level)
7.30pm  New Beginners Reformer  4 week Course with Aideen (these start on specific dates, see below )

Wednesday 
9.30am Athletic Reformer with Aideen (Advanced level, at least 6 months regular practice required with good to elite fitness levels required to to take part)
6.30pm Intermediate Reformer with Martin  (at least 3 months or regular reformer practice , injury free and moderate to good fitness levels required)
7.30pm Improver Reformer with Martin  (suitable for anyone who is moving on form the new beginner level)

Thursday
7-7.30am Pilates core focus live online ( mat pilates focusing on all the core muscles )
4.30pm Teen Athlete Reformer 5 week Course (strictly 13-17year, pilates class class to enhance their sport). Dates below 
5.30pm Athletic Reformer with Aideen (Advanced level, at least 6 months regular practice required with good to elite fitness levels required to to take part)
6.30pm New Beginners Reformer  4 week Course with Aideen ( these start on specific dates , see below )
 
Friday
7-7.30am Yoga Balance liver online ( Yoga class focus on standing asana to work on balance and grounding )
9.30am Athletic Reformer with Aideen (Advanced level, at least 6 months regular practice required with good to elite fitness levels required to to take part)
10.30am Reformer Barre with Aideen  (Mixed ability energetic class with a combination of Ballet barre movements and Reformer pilates)


Saturday

9am-10am Yoga Vinyasa (mixed-intermediate level) this class is located in Koru Wellness Centre, 3G, Castle Yard
10.30am  Intermediate Reformer Pilates (at least 3 months or regular reformer practice , injury free and moderate to good fitness levels required)
11.30m Gentle Reformer (suitable for all, a light core, flexibility, mobility and breath work class  on the reformer followed by a relaxation on the mat)

1:1 sessions and private group reformer sessions are available  with Mafra or Aideen 

Aideen is presently fully booked for 1:1 and is not taking any appointments for the forseeable
