Booking Terms and Conditions
Please only book in for a class that is appropriate for your level.
Please inform your teacher of any injuries, illness you may have or if you have undergone any surgery in the last 4 months.
All bookings for classes must be pre-booked through the software. You can either purchase a single class, 4/6 class packages or subscribe to a membership. Please note unused/idle accounts will be deleted after one month of no use as I have a limited allowance for client accounts.
4 person minimum required for a classes to run. If inadequate numbers booked the class will be cancelled.
- In regards to pre-lockdown credits, these unused credits have been credited to your account for use. Please note that they have expiry dates based on how many credits you have. Please use them within the time frame given as they will not be extended beyond their expiry dates.
It is advisable to book in for your classes 3 weeks in advance. Please note you must book in for each class individually and you can cancel a class or session up to 8 hours before it starts without charge-If you cancel late or not show, the credit is forfeit.
You can book in to any session up to 1 minute before it starts and you can waitlist for all of them.
- Please note that if you cancel a class it still must be used within the validity period of that package, it does not extend or ‘carry over’ past the expiry date. You are given 3 months to use 4 or 6 sessions. The extra two weeks are to allow for cancelations or holiday periods that you might need. Please note the 3 month period starts of DATE OF PURCHASE.
Likewise, with Memberships, you have a class credit allowance of 4 or 6 per calendar month, unused monthly credits DO NOT carry over to the next month. One month must be given to cancel a membership after the compulsory 4 month subscription period.
There are no refunds on sales, only credits or transfer packages to the value of the purchase. Payment of any class, package or membership deems that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions as details are in the product description.
Discretionary pausing of packages may be allowed in the event of an illness or injury whereby one cannot take part in exercise.
In the event of any future lockdowns, all memberships and packages will be frozen
Please do not ask to extend packages beyond their expiry date or ask to change membership rules as refusal might offend.
Please do not come to the studio if you have tested positive for Covid19, have been a close contact with anyone that has tested positive or if you are supposed to isolating.
Please wear a mask on entering the studio, wait to have your temperature checked and then you can remove your mask at your reformer.
The timetable, products and booking terms and conditions are subject to changes occasionally, you will be notified of any changes that may occur.
In the event of annual leave whereby the studio is closed for one week or more, all packages and memberships will be frozen for that time period and your terms extended so you don't lose out on your term time frame. Please note that packages and memberships will not be frozen if you are going on holidays as packages and pay as you go options are on offer to cater for this.
